Meet the Team

  • Stuart Bostock

    FOUNDER

    Stuart has 30 years experience in law enforcement and all aspects of security services including VIP services for celebrities, and HNI and their business interests. He is regularly asked to speak at international industry events, and is considered one of the regions foremost experts in Caribbean security.

  • Conroy Samuda

    HEAD OF OPERATIONS

    Conroy has lived in the Cayman Islands for over 10 years. He started his career in Jamaican Law Enforcement as an intelligence operative where he served for 7 years. His roles entailed criminal intelligence gathering and processing, background investigations, special interviews, VIP Close Protection assignments, surveillance operations and briefly acting as a liaison with the FBI department at the US Embassy and Jamaica Constabulary Force’s National Intelligence Bureau.

    He has extensive training in crisis management, Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM) and investigations.

    Conroy is also a member of ASIS International, the world’s largest membership organization for security management professionals via which he has achieved two (2) prestigious designations. The Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation, which is considered the gold standard for security professionals and the Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) designation. He is the only security professional in the Cayman Islands with these designations and is also counted among few in the region.

    He has benefitted from significant training in leadership and management which culminated in his achievement of a Fellowship designation with the Institute of Leadership (IL) and he is currently reading for a master’s degree in business administration.

  • SHEKARA MORISSON-STEWART

    SENIOR SECURITY OFFICER

    Shekara has over two decades of experience in the private security industry, with a substantial portion of her career spent in the Cayman Islands. With a background that spans both armed and unarmed security roles in balance with supervisory and administrative functions, Shekara brings a wealth of knowledge and practical skills to her current Senior Security Officer position.

    She has benefitted from extensive training in CCTV surveillance, Port Security Management, First Aid/CPR, generating duty forecasts, cash in transit escorts, process service and alarm response coupled with training across several security management applications. Her experience and professionalism is owed in part to her formal training as a Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO), Vessel Security Officer (VSO).

    Her extensive experience has equipped her with a versatile skill set, making her an asset to the SPS team.
